1. Spikeball

With spikeball being a relatively new sport, it seems like the perfect opportunity to expand its popularity to the younger generation. I could create my projects showcasing spikeball as an exciting and safe way to be more active throughout the day. For the Photo Editing project, I could capture images of teenagers playing spikeball along with a few quotes from the players discussing why they enjoy the sport. For the Illustration project, I could design illustrations that display the rules in a simple and effective manner; this would display how simple the sport can be and how easy it can be to learn and teach others. For the Video project, I could shoot a video that highlights how fun it can be to play spikeball, incorporating a voiceover that presents a persuasive argument to school administrators that they should include spikeball as a PE option.

2. Environmental Awareness

With carbon emissions being as high as ever, this is the most appropriate time to educate this topic to students of all grades. I could create my projects about being environmentally conscious and how to reduce one's carbon footprint. For the Photo Editing project, I could capture images of easy and sustainable ways to reduce carbon emissions and their benefits to the environment; this would show the audience how simple it is to just tweak your daily habits to suit the current state the climate is at. For the Illustration project, I could design illustrations that shows how poor environmental decisions are affecting the entire globe, such as eating beef and how that releases methane into the atmosphere. For the Video project, I could shoot a video that highlights the importance of being environmentally friendly, incorporating a voiceover that presents a persuasive argument to school administrators that they could include environmental projects and discussions into their curriculum.
